YOUR PRODUCTION ROUTE

Two routes, one approved production standard

We establish the material, fit, construction and branding requirements before bulk production begins.

OEM · Manufacture to your specification

Provide your tech pack, approved sample or specification. We review construction, measurements, materials, branding and order requirements, then make a sample for approval.

Start with: an approved tech pack, reference sample, size chart and target order quantity.

ODM · Develop a production-ready specification

Provide a design brief or reference garment. We work with you to define the fabric, pattern, functional details, size range and branding before sample approval.

Start with: a reference garment, sketches, target use, quantity and required performance.

A REAL WORKWEAR PROJECT

From buyer reference to packed cartons

An orange reflective work shirt project documented at four practical stages: the buyer’s visual reference, our development sample, bulk production and packed cartons.

01 / BUYER REFERENCE

Buyer-supplied reference of an orange reflective work shirt

The starting point

The buyer sent a reference image to request a quotation. We used it to discuss the garment design and project requirements.

02 / DEVELOPMENT SAMPLE

A physical sample after quotation

The front-view sample shows the orange body and reflective bands across the chest and sleeves. This is the stage for checking design details before bulk production.
